I noted yesterday in the comments that Tracee Ellis Ross has a lot of charm and presence, which she often uses to pull off truly wacky outfits that would bedevil most people. What I specifically like about her is that she historically is VERY good at playing with volume and shapes and colors in lighthearted ways. This checks none of those boxes. She looks like she stole all of these from the staff laundry room of a major hotel chain, and is about to get busted for smuggling out a second skirt because it just fell out of her underpants.
