EDITED TO ADD: I finally got a credit on this dress! It’s Sandro Paris, and it’s not insanely expensive. (I mean, comparatively. It’s $350, it’s not cheap; but it’s not like LANVIN or something insane.) Sandro is very cute; their entire current line is very Flippy Classic Sportswear.
