Unlike, say, the Oscars, the Golden Globes is a party, so it makes sense that there are fewer official after-parties for this one. But Netflix — the only company in town spending any money, from what I’ve heard — threw one and they did it at Spago. Nothing says “yeah, we’re still raking it in” like having an after-party at the most 1980s joint in town. (Complimentary; I love Spago. It’s a classic for a reason! If you have the means and opportunity to go, I vote YES. But its vibe is not financial austerity in a time of economic crisis.) A few folks changed; at least one people who skipped the ceremony showed up. Let’s look!
