I must disclaim: I don’t have confirmation that this outfit is by Stella McCartney. But it was worn at a party for Stella’s new adidas collection — we saw one outfit already on Sarah Jones, and it’s haunting — and most celebs there ARE wearing Stella. And even if not, Stella provided Noah Cyrus the invitation to this party, which therefore created the opportunity to wear a glorified baby bonnet. So I think she still gets the “credit” whether she owns it or not.
