Sarah Michelle Gellar is having quite the resurgence. Fresh off the lackluster Wolf Pack, which completely wasted her until the last episode when it was too late, she’s on the successful Dexter prequel, just landed a horror comedy movie, and is developing a return of Buffy with Chloe Zhao — and all right as Freddie Prinze Jr. is reviving the I Know What You Did Last Summer franchise. Big times in the Gellar-Prinze household. Grinze? Prellar? Prinzar? We’ll work on it. Meanwhile, we can appreciate this mostly delightful multicolored plaid ensemble. Yes, it’s a bit of a Cake situation — short skirt, long jacket — and the beige shoes are totally wrong when bright yellow is right there. But that coat is a dream, and I thank her for bringing sunshine to my day, and will now resume praying to the universe that somehow and some way she will reunite on-screen with Susan Lucci.
