In her defense, Rosalía is going through it right now, schedule-wise. I did some light Googling to see what she’s up to, and I guess one of her Madison Square Garden concerts kept getting moved around because of the Knicks? (This seems like SOMEONE fell down on the job; the NBA finals were surely on the calendar; did someone at MSG lack the faith?!?! Why was this even a possibility?)
Per a slightly weirdly written website called TICKETNEWS, “The show, originally slated to take place on Tuesday, June 16, was previously postponed to Thursday, June 18 due to the NBA Finals. However, following the New York City Knicks’ win, MSG revealed that celebrations will be taking place in the arena on this day.” So basically they moved last night’s concert to the 18th briefly, and then moved it back to the original date. This would be very annoying to me if I had tickets to this concert — the gist on the Rosalía subreddit seems to be, “UGH.” — and I imagine it’s annoying for HER. (The corollary question, of course, is how this is going to effect Taylor’s wedding build-in!!!!!) So let’s give her a pass on, um, a tutu, two belts, an upside down bra, and a nude-latex bodice. She has OTHER STUFF ON HER MIND.
