The thing is, I think I knew this. I am pretty sure it was mentioned in her last magazine profile, but it washed over me because of the equal pay discussion, and the stealth Oh, Also, I’m Married angle. My memory is not what it once was. But, as I recall now was also noted in that article, she’s definitely making some interesting career moves, away from the gentle indies into louder (The Greatest Showman), bigger (Venom), and broader (I Feel Pretty) projects. Good for her. There are probably only so many times you can cry your eyes out in a gritty character piece before you just want to SING and DANCE and KICK SOMETHING.
