File this one under” What Will Kate Wear? Part II” (part I, of course, was the Jenny Packham show last week). You know the website What Kate Wore? I feel like there’s a market for “What Will Kate Wear?” where we all place bets on what the Duchess is going to drag out for any particular event (“odds on McQueen at The Frolicking of the Scepter [an event I just made up] are 1-2!”, etc). The Brits LOVE betting on things; surely this would be a smash hit. Add these to your mental Kate Rolodex.
