I deeply appreciate that Lily Allen has been leaving the theatre where she’s performing in The Pillowman in LOOKS, not just slinking back home in sweats (which is certainly what I would do). I also appreciate the Fug National who, a few weeks ago, reviewed the show by just commenting something like “oof.” (Although I know others have ALSO seen it and gave it the thumbs up.) She’s been fully styled for these exits, and honestly, it’s smart: She knows she’s going to get papped, and the pics will get wider publication if she’s wearing something interesting and/or good, and said publications will all mention that she’s doing this play. It worked!!
