Informative Caption explains that this is “the celebration for Kylie Minogue Wines’ fourth anniversary at Annabel’s,” which reminds me that (a) Kylie has a wine line; (b) said wine line is very successful; and (c) we need to add this to our Celebrity Wine Tasting list for the summer. The good news is that this dress IS very celebratory and fun — even with, perhaps even because of that huge front bow — and while it might make me want to drink, it’s not in the bad way.
