George Clooney was one of the artists honored by the Kennedy Center this year — let me just tell you, he’ll never win a BEST INTERN award of any kind if I have anything to say about it!!!! — but, as much as I also want a dress covered with his face, if I were Amal, my reaction here would be like….dial it back a hair, pretty woman. It is possible that I am being irrational here. Also present: an Oscar winner, a cape, sequins, stripes, and one very timeless look indeed.
