I guess Lara Bingle is an Australian model. Her Wikipedia tells me she became famous in Oz for being in a tourism ad, and she also “competed on the Nine Network’s celebrity ice dancing show Torvill and Dean’s Dancing on Ice, where she was the last woman to be eliminated.” (Wiki also tells me that said program basically injured all of its contestants terribly, including one dude’s hand getting mangled because his partner accidentally skated over it.) (I also remember her appearing in Australia’s Next Top Model, much of which I have watched over the last two years, as I find the Top Model model to be soothing to my soul.) But now, for me, she’ll forever be known as Lara, Who Is Confused By Belts.
