This is the part where, twice a year, I link to Rihanna’s glorious yellow Met Gala gown by Guo Pei, just because I think we should all make a habit of revisiting that as often as possible. This collection is extremely avant-garde — museum pieces, not red carpet romps — although I feel like Slides 12 and 13 were expecting an invitation to the Met Gala that didn’t come, and slide 19 should audition for Maleficent 2. There are one or two toward the end that would be fun to see in play, though, if anyone wants to make a splash. WHICH THEY SHOULD.
