We made it to another Friday. I hope this week wasn’t too arduous for you.

At Drinks With Broads: We had a really fun conversation about the lists on our Notes apps, April Fool’s jokes of yore, and Sydney Sweeney/Glen Powell. Also: I ranted about this new Beatles movie and everyone pitched their own movies about bands that we actually need, plus we dive into Zac Posen for Gap. And, finally: The penultimate White Lotus recap. Now is the time to get in your predictions and theories. It’s been so fun to watch along with everyone! Thank you so much to those of you who chose to spend your time and money in that corner of the internet with us. We appreciate it more than we can say.

Here at GFY, we rounded up a bunch of cute shoes for spring — all flats.

I do NOT need a new set of travel cases for makeup and whatnot but ooooooh, if I did, I LOVE this one from Cuyana. I also REALLY want their tech pouch to keep all my plugs and wire organized but the red is sold out so perhaps it wasn’t meant to be….[affiliate link]

This made me laugh, at The Squawk: We can fight about Leo.

Aw! Michelle Williams and Mr. Michelle Williams have had another baby! Six weeks ago — she must be tired! [People]

This ongoing situation with Korean stars Kim Soo-hyun and the late Kim Sae-ron is awful and shocking; I’d seen bits and pieces of it elsewhere online  but Lainey was my best source for actually getting the entire story. It’s harrowing and scandalous in the true sense of the word. (Here’s the first part, which you definitely need to have read for the entire picture.)

Pajiba asserts Sports Podcaster Pat McAfee Needs To Be Sued into Oblivion. They are absolutely correct here, this was monstrously irresponsible. (I hated Pat McAfee already.)

RIP Val Kilmer, one of the hottest people who ever lived. I appreciated that The Hollywood Reporter remembered and celebrated this very dumb/great SNL skit he did.

At the NYT: Val Kilmer Brought a Wonderfully Weird Sensibility to Every Role. [gifted link]

Heads up that the Sephora sale kicks off today, if you need something. It’s currently just open for Rouge level but will open up for the rest of us on the 8th! I’m at VIB level at the moment so I’m holding my fire but next week, I am finally going to grab these reusable eye masks I’ve been eyeballing. [affiliate link]

Related! I’m currently trying out the Coco & Eve faux tan set — the applicator mitt is really good, and that’s the bit that I always need help with — and hope to have a full report soon! (I am trying to cut down on the number of times I go in to get a professional spray tan over the summer by improving my DIY skills. I am ALSO trying to do this with manicures and I am so bad at painting my dominant hand.) While I wait for my tan to develop: If you already use and like that brand, we already have a 15% code for them: HANDJ15!

This Reddit thread, where lawyers share the dumbest thing they’ve ever had a client do, is a diverting read. People are nutty.

At Sighs & Whispers: An Elegy for the Department Store

This is so logistics-y and fascinating, even to me, a person who will never need to get an Italian driver’s license (PROBABLY?????): License to Drive, Italian Style. (Don’t ask me how I stumbled on something from 2022.)

Really interesting, at Art Newspaper: Los Angeles wildfires put museum-lender relationships in spotlight.

These acrylic wine glasses are REALLY cute. [Anthro, affiliate link]
