We’ve entered the period of the summer where mostly we just see actresses darting from air-condititioned cars to air-conditioned TV studios to promote whatever summer flick they’re in — and in this case, despite having written a lot about Ms Olsen here, I have NO IDEA what movie she’s promoting; sorry, Elizabeth — wearing extremely cute day dresses and causing sweaty old me major wardrobe (and leg) envy. August truly is an Ode to the Flippy Day Dress, and this is a masterful first stanza.
