D23 is billed as “the world’s ultimate fan experience,” but it’s actually where the Mouse is selling all their upcoming stuff, including changes to the parks. (The LA Times story is mostly about how everyone’s complaining about prices now, so we’ll see how the sell actually goes.) I know this isn’t true, but I decided that Jude Law is there because they’re adding a Talented Mr Ripley ride where you have to try to avoid getting murdered by a conniving social climber in Italy. I actually might pay Disney prices for that.
