Ciara loves a short skirt and a loooooong train, so this leather minidress and the droopy, inconvenient cloak stapled to her hip are so in her wheelhouse that I’m surprised they aren’t from her own branded line of clothing. Granted, it’s possible your idea of Maximum Ciara would be something super sheer and clingy and ethereal and revealing, and that’s possibly true — but thanks to some posing tomfoolery, we did very nearly get to actual Maximum Ciara:
