Here, Charlize is attending the International AIDS Conference in Amsterdam (as is Prince Harry, actually; I assume they chatted because all famous people surely know each other) in her capacity as the Charlize Theron in the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, which fights HIV and AIDs in South Africa.
