The Césars are the French Oscars — as you can see here, Annette won Best Director and some technical awards, which, I mean, Adam Driver raises a puppet child, so it deserved those — and in addition to the individual merit awards, they gave Cate Blanchett an honorary statue for general awesomeness. (This happened last weekend, before the SAGs; Cate must have been tired.) But Lea Seydoux ran away with Best Dressed.
