As a game, Super Mario Galaxy (and its sequel) was super fun. As a movie… well, I guess people liked the first animated Mario movie, so why not take a swing through the rest of the library. I used to do a lot of performances with the beans’ various and innumerable stuffed toys, and for a while I had a whole bit going where Luigi would try to break it to Mario that maybe Peach isn’t “kidnapped” over and over again, so much as trying to get away because she’s just not that into him. And THAT movie, I would be more curious to see. Give it to Anya in live-action. Actually, give it to Crisp Rat too, it’ll be fun watching her kick him to the curb.
