FIRST OF ALL: This was in Vegas. More specifically, according to Informative Caption, “Andra Day attends Vegas Magazine’s cover party with host Andra Day at h.wood Group’s grand opening of Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas.” (Delilah is the Wynn’s new supper club.) And I do think that we all get more Nudity Latitude (nuditude?) in Vegas than elsewhere. However, I need to be honest and tell you that while her head has possibly never looked better, the cut of this dress is giving me palpable anxiety! One false move and Vegas is your gynecologist. I assure you, I’d literally rather see Patsy Stone!
