I am making you scroll for the pants, apparently. Sorry. It’s not for any reason other than the impact. Sometimes, as a writer, I want to start with the reasonable outfit and then swerve. So, above we have Regina in a perfectly cromulent dress that I like to call Cocktail Tron, and now we’re gonna scroll down and get into some wackitude:
That jacket lives at the intersection between trenchcoat and blazer, for reasons I cannot explain other than perhaps property values are low there and so the rent is cheap. But I truly don’t understand picking wide-leg pants and then cinching them at the ankles. Somehow, THEY live at the intersection of trenchcoat and jeans, and frankly, some of these streets have GOT to stop crossing.
