Friends! It was upon this very glorious day in 1990 that ABC presented Twin Peaks to press at the Television Critics Association press tour and I do not want to hold back: The pics are delightful. There are so many young celebrities in pleated pants and baggy blazers. Almost everyone (with the exception of the pants) is so unwrinkled and young. There are many many people wearing sunglasses, sometimes at night. I don’t want to say that anyone was on cocaine, but at least one of these folks was offered cocaine within 72 hours of this event. David Lynch did not attend. I do not know if cherry pie was served, or the quality of said cherry pie. Please grab your log and join me in this trip back in time.
