I hope Saturday Night Live is working on getting Rita Moreno to host when they come back in January. This season has been all first-timers, I think, other than Paul Rudd coming up; Rita hasn’t hosted before, but SURELY this is her year. They can have Molly Shannon come on as Sally O’Malley, worshipping at the knee of her mentor, a woman (Rita) who, yes, can KICK and STRETCH and KICK, except instead of 50 she’s 90 years old. If 90 is half as fabulous as Rita makes it look, then I’m going to be okay, assuming the Diet Coke (or the Peloton) doesn’t get me first.
