Zac Posen made this dress for Kendall Jenner through GapStudio, and mystifyingly, he talked about how his inspiration — Winged Victory of Samothrace, of the goddess Nike — had so much movement, and air, and life in it: “I wanted to capture that effortlessly in a dress. I took a Gap white T-shirt and said, ‘What does that look like?’ I took it off my back in the studio.” I have SO very many thoughts about this, and one of them is, “This is supposed to be from a WHITE t-shirt?” I stuck it here in the beige and brown slideshow; sorry dude, but if this is meant to be white, you need some laundry boosters.
