I had to google it, but those ARE tattoos on her shoulders and not part of the dress – which is perfectly fine but not revelatory. It might need a jacket? Having said that: When is Lake Bell going to be cast in Your Friends and Neighbors to play Amanda Peet's sister? She'd be great on that show.
