What you can’t tell from this photo is that those are open-toed boots — which I guess is probably providing much-needed ventilation, as I believe it’s been steamy in the City of Light. The rest of this look feels like she originally wore it for a Victoria’s Secret Halloween Bash in 2011 and rediscovered it going through her storage unit…but in a fun way, at least? Sustainable!
