So, after Katy’s wacky rampage through Paris, I was encouraged to see her in something that looked fairly normal — creative enough, maybe a little bit like a fancy chair cover from a wedding, but not cringey. For someone who generally isn’t particularly fashionable, it felt like a nice move up. And it still IS, but…
