Reese is in FULL Elle Woods cosplay today — this is very reminiscent of her pink leather suit — which reminds everyone that she can pass the torch as far and wide as she would like, but will STILL always be the O.G. This whole visual is Elle doing an interview about the law students she’s mentoring in her quest to, I don’t know, overthrow the Supreme Court and replace them all with clones of herself and Jennifer Coolidge.
And Lexi here could be playing one of the students who’s had an Elle Woods Pinterest board ever since Time named her one of the most interesting people of the year, but she knows better than to co-opt pink so she’s carving out her own spot on the color wheel. I assume this is all the plot of the scrapped Legally Blonde 3. Perhaps it’s better that they didn’t go in that direction, although both these ladies look lovely and I think Lexi Minetree is navigating the spirit of Elle Woods beautifully.
