So, if you’re not familiar with it, Porter is a print magazine put out by the people who do Net-a-Porter. (I assume, given the state of the fashion glossy, that Porter is kept afloat by clothing sales.) It’s six times a year and it’s very fancy — the paper stock is fantastic, and they always get A-lister for the cover. (I used to have an apartment in Beverly Hills, and the most BH-y thing that EVER happened to me was walking to the gas station to buy a Lotto ticket and noticing that said gas station sold Porter. Which is like noticing that your AM/PM stocks Cristal. I was like, “I gotta move.”)  And they induced a lot of said A-listers out last night for a party celebrating Amazing Women or Women of Power or some such something. For some reason, a lot of these Incredible Women showed up dressed like Victorian widows — except for Kate Beckinsale, who looks like a Victorian widow on Dancing with the Stars. BEHOLD!
