She looks great and ALSO like she might have bought this in case she went to a Wicked themed event – it's a little (pleasantly) witchy. But it works here because I believe this movie involves crows kidnapping a child. (Knowing nothing about this story, I need to stand up for crows! They're very smart and you do not want to get on their bad side. My Dad has made friends with several crows in our neighborhood and they bring him gifts.) I think her purse is also a crow! (Although in the film, she plays an eagle.)

What did I tell you! A full adult person! He looks perfectly nice and I approve of the bravery inherent in the double-breasted jacket.

I've got some notes on this outfit, actually, but the biggest note is that she is SELLING IT and that makes up for any real issues. Her haircut and lipstick are also extremely cute.

She basically always looks great and indeed looks great here. I think this dress is leather? The lining of the sleeves is tremendous.

She looks so glum here, but that was just an isolated shot. This dress is (a) fine, and (b) REALLY in her wheelhouse. This woman loves a sleeve. I do wish her stylist could talk her out of those VERY big platforms. It's okay if her cape is a little drapey. Please know it took everything I had not to type, "if her cape-y is a little drape-y."
