I cannot take credit for the phrase “kilty pleasure,” as it is the title of a highly essential wall calendar, one of which is our current profile photo on Bluesky. But blessedly, a few of the Scottish nominees for these awards leaned into their native garb, and frankly I wish they did it more often.
