Elton’s shindig can’t compete with Vanity Fair in terms of A-listers, but that often means it gets some extra crackers outfits — by which I mean wacky AND sometimes displaying undercrackers. I’m starting with the black and white outfits because they pretty much run that gamut, but don’t despair, things get colorful in the next post.
