This is so charming, to me. It’s as if she looked at the runway version and said, “right, but let’s totally fix that, and make it look more like I’m the hostess of a great cocktail party in a lost episode of Mad Men that weirdly doesn’t end in someone reflecting sadly on his personal failings.” I’d accept several passed apps and retro cocktails from this woman, happily. Also, if she wants to loan me this outfit….I’m down.
