This is a very cool, very fashion-y dress and Mandy Moore wears it well. It helps that she’s extremely lovely, but it especially helps that she’s quite tall — I can think of many extremely lovely ladies who would be overwhelmed by this dress, and be worn by it rather than the other way around. But more than anything else, this photo makes her look like someone else, and I can’t quite put my finger on who it is. Help me, please. This feels like a itch in the middle of my back that I can’t quite reach.
