Lindsey was honored the other night in New York as a Great Sports Legend, at a dinner benefiting the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis. Hugely deserved! And she looked glam doing it. There was a pretty dismal, wackadoo period of style for her — I think basically pre-Covid — and she has popped out of that on a definite upswing. She’s now working with Molly Dickson, who currently handles Sadie Sink, Sydney Sweeney, and Sarah Shahi, but who apparently is also open to celebs without S names. I’m not sure how or when it came about, but it’s largely working. This Tom Ford is super on her — it’s perfect for a New York charity function where you are the star, but you want to keep things semi-serious, given the sponsoring cause. And also have warm arms, but not wear full sleeves. I don’t know. Fall weather is tough.
I can’t decide how I feel about this one:
The strapless vest over the turtleneck is a lot — although, what if it DOES have straps and we just can’t see them? What if it’s modeled after a ski suit, but as a SUIT suit? Maybe it’s thematically on-point. She looks super professional, and I would enjoy listening to her in a board meeting, but I would also silently be begging her to take off her jacket and answer my questions without me saying a word.
