I am so pleased to see Lauren Graham in this rad velvet suit, and that sparkly top, and just generally looking totally swell. Her books — both fiction and non — are adept and fun reads, and this reminded me that I meant to put Have I Told You This Already? in our GFY Gift Guide. Which in turn made me remember that I had also wanted to include Betty Gilpin’s All The Women In My Brain. She and LG are similarly witty and talented, and a dab hand with an anecdote, and yes, this has prompted me to wish into the universe that someone would create a project in which they can co-star. I love platonic matchmaking. Let’s get them under the professional mistletoe this holiday season and see what happens. At the very least maybe Betty can borrow that suit.
