I first encountered this designer on Cara Delevingne — she’s worn it a few times — but it’s been spied on the likes of Emmy Rossum, Tina Fey, Rebecca Hall, Gabrielle Union, and 13 Reasons Why’s Katherine Langford as well. I tend to think this is stuff we’ll see at more casual premieres and photocalls and possible pre-awards brunches, but I am not very good at being psychic, so.
