I am not exactly sure why this dress would have shed anything at the BAFTAs, as it was made by Louis Vuitton, and not a kindergarten classroom. But Cate Blanchett came up to accept her BAFTA and made a joke that Cynthia’s dress had left a trail of… I guess her skirt pieces, like confetti or something, and who am I to call Lydia Tár a liar?!? It is a very GOOD dress, at least, as are many of the other sparkly, metallic, and shiny frocks from the awards. You will not be surprised to see Jodie Turner-Smith in here, too, as she never met a sparkly, metallic, or shiny frock she didn’t wear.
