This is…slightly odd. Chanel usually draws a decent-to-good crowd at any event but their couture show did not. No Kristen Stewart — she’s been at Sundance, wearing minimal Chanel, which is a reasonable reason to skip (although I suspect she could have made the turnaround if they made it worth her while). No Penelope Cruz. No Marion Cotillard. No Riley Keough. No Jennie. No Timmee Chalamet. No Margaret Qualley. No Lily-Rose Depp. They got a good turnout for their December Metiers d’Art show, but I’m shocked that none of those folks made the jaunt over to Paris for this one. Is someone at Chanel getting yelled at today? At least Naomi Campbell showed up!
