The previous premiere for this event did have a surprising ensemble from Camila, but I’m sad to miss her here — she always adds a little zing, sartorial or otherwise. Thanks be to Tom Hiddleston and new cast member Diego Calva for doing their level bests to keep things interesting. Tom looks as perfectly tailored as ever — this man has never looked schlumpy in a suit in his entire life — and Diego is so perfectly dashing in this Thom Browne look. I originally thought he was wearing a long coat, but it’s a blazer and skirt. He looks very cool in this; just as I advocate for more women in fancy pants on the red carpet, so too do I think it would be a pleasant change to see more dudes in skirts. Let’s mix it up!
