The Golden Globes afterparties used to be a hotbed of sheers, but this year there weren’t nearly as many, likely because the Emmys are coming in a week and I suspect the usual hosts like HBO wanted to save their shindigs for that one. Enter Bella Thorne, who attended the weekend’s Art of Elysium party in something VERY much in keeping with that spirit and… very… Globes-centric. Luckily she’s the only one.
