I’ve heard rumors and rumblings that this HBO show which, and I quote the network itself, “gives an insider’s view of the black box of high finance by following a group of young bankers as they forge their identities within the pressure cooker environment and sex and drug-fueled blitz of international bank Pierpoint & Co’s London office” is a pretty entertaining watch. This should probably also be where I confess I thought this was a gritty look at the entertainment industry — like Succession meets Entourage. Who knew!
