I had wondered if the madness at global airports right now — piles of unclaimed, misdirected baggage, delayed flights, computer glitches, customs lines so long they’re deemed fire hazards — would curtail front-row attendance. But so far, Couture Week is perking along just fine, perhaps an indicator of how many people fly private (or, that they’re getting lucky and/or don’t need checked bags because they’re getting all their clothes driven over from the ateliers). Natasha Lyonne, Rita Ora, Michelle Yeoh, Naomi Watts, Coco Rocha… even Julia Fox. They’re all there. I hope they stick around, just in case no one else can be.
