Naeem Khan says this is from the Spring/Summer 2026 collection, but it’s so familiar to me — I spent a fair bit of time trying to figure out if it’s a recreation or a reissue, but nothing turned up. Then again, I am the same person who WROTE ABOUT the Chanel collection that had the damn Superman sweater in it, COMMENTED that I would laugh if someone in the movies wore it, and then forgot and thought it was custom. So I’m basically useless. The point is, this dress is a dream, I LOVE it on Morena, and it gave me the warm fuzzy memories of a time ten or so years ago when we got to attend Naeem Khan shows and soak up his stunning designs in person. It was always one of our favorites to go to, and to marinate in after; we don’t see quite as much of him on the red carpets as we should these days, so it’s nice to have him back and being fabulous. And even if this one isn’t from the archives, there’s so much gloriousness that is, so maybe this will inspire someone to go dig around and reminisce and then model it anew for us. What a treat that would be.
