The premiere for Minions: The Rise of Gru was not very well-attended, even by stars of the film. No Lucy Lawless, no Jean-Claude Van Damme, no Julie Andrews Van Dame. And not a lot of A- or even B-list looky-loos, either. Even Steve Carell’s family seems to have stayed home. The minions will be so hurt. At least Taraji — making her third appearance in a GFY post today — walked that carpet like it was her own personal fan-club cruise.
