Informative Caption explains that Swinton and her partner, Sandro Kopp, are attending a Wes Anderson exhibit at London’s Design Museum — which is a great little museum, if you get the chance to go. This particular exhibit looks totally delightful. Kopp is a visual artist himself, and for a while, he and Swinton lived with Swinton’s husband — I’m not sure if they were a throuple or if she just had two paramours under one roof — but John Byrne and Swinton separated ages ago and he remarried (and has since died, which really answers my question, “is Swinton still in a throuple?” I mean. At least as far as he is concerned). This is NOT what I would have guessed just looking at these two people if I didn’t know anything about them. I would have said, “two VERY rich people who spend a lot of money at Gucci.”
