 The “Queen Elizabeth II’s Longest Reign Sweepstakes”

(“Sweepstakes”) starts at 13:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 9, 2015 and ends at 11:59 pm (ET) on September 11, 2015 (“Online Entry Period”) for entry at the Entry Site (as defined below) The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is VisitBritain, 845 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants acknowledge that they have read these Official Rules and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

ELIGIBILITY: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (VOID IN ALASKA AND HAWAII) AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (COLLECTIVELY THE “ELIGIBILITY AREA”), WHO AS OF THE DATE OF THEIR ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Employees of the Sponsor its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies and agencies (all collectively to be referred to herein as the “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate families (defined as parents, grandparents, children, siblings and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the household of same, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes; online via the Entry Site.How to enter the Sweepstakes online via the Entry Site: To enter the Sweepstakes online via the Entry Site, log on to the web site at www.gofugyourself.com (“Entry Site”) during the Online Entry Period. Follow the directions for entry in the Sweepstakes; providing email address.  Once you have completed the entry process, click the “Submit” button to submit your completed entry (“Online Entry”).

Online Entry may be referred to herein individually as an “Entry” and individuals submitting such Entry referred to herein as an “Entrant”.

ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD ADDRESS AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Parties and all their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in theSweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or non use of any prize or parts thereof that may be awarded including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Winner releases the Released Parties from any and all liability and responsibility with respect to a prize (including any property loss, damage, personal injury or death).

Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or internet device relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to connect to any web page including but not limited to the Entry Site, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Entries; Entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer, internet access device or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any web site and/or telephone lines; printing or other typographical error in any Sweepstakes related materials; and any Entries which are processed, reported or transmitted late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, mutilated, illegible, garbled, fail to enter into the processing system, postage-due or any combination thereof; or theft or destruction or corruption of Entries. Proof of submitting an Entry is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete and duplicate Entries will be disqualified. All Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False and/or deceptive Entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible.

Any Entry information collected from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules, any consent given at time of Entry at the Entry Site.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 12, 2015 by representatives of the Sponsor, whose decisions are and shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by telephone or email within ten (10) days of random drawing.

If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Once all required documents have been received, correctly completed and executed, such winner shall be declared the Grand Prize Winner of the Sweepstakes. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No substitution for the prize by the Grand Prize Winner will be allowed. If necessary, due to unavailability of the prize for any reason, a prize of comparable value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

All Federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for Sponsor and/or its affiliates to use of Grand Prize Winner’s name, statements, photograph, image and biography for publicity purposes without any limitation or additional compensation.

The winner will be required to provide the following details to the Entry Site upon winner selection: first and last name, birth month and year, daytime phone number and mailing address.

GRAND PRIZE: (one [1] prize (“Grand Prize”) is available to Grand Prize Winner): The Grand Prize shall consist of a compilation of items celebrating Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II surprassing Queen Victoria as Britain’s longest reigning monarch, including the following: (i) One (1) Queen Elizabeth II bobblehead, (ii) one (1) corgi bobblehead,(iii) one (1) DVD copy of The Young Victoria, (iv) one (1) DVD copy of The BBC documentary, The Diamond Queen, (v) one (1) Queen tea infuser, (vi) one (1) notecard set, (vii) one (1) Cath Kidston tissue pack and (viii) one (1) VisitBritain tote bag. Prize is non-transferable, assignable and has no cash value. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by Winner. Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY:Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the Grand Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.

GENERAL: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes (or any portion(s) thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of Entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by Entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, and if possible, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award the Grand Prize from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If a dispute arises about who submitted an Entry the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address entered at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider. The winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

The use of any device or software to automate the Entry process is prohibited.
