My favorite duo at this year’s SAGs was Lisa Ann Walter of Abbott Elementary and the actress Elaine Hendrix. They co-starred in The Parent Trap: Lohan Edition and have apparently remained great friends ever since, so hooray for the best kind of love story. Elaine is so funny in that as the wicked would-be stepmother, and also the hero of the piece, as she is required to go camping. As if that weren’t enough, a critter ends up IN HER MOUTH. She SHOULD send those kids to boarding school. Quinta, please bring Meredith Blake to Abbott. The face-off she could have with Principal Ava! They’d probably end up best friends, in a “frenemy” kind of way.
