New York Fugshion Week: Celebs of Day Five

Today had a real lack of Orange Is The New Black co-stars. Given HOW MANY of them we saw over the last half of the week, this concerns me that perhaps someone ought to go check on them and make sure everyone’s okay. OITNB aside, we DID eyeball some folks. For example!

• There was both a moment of silence for Joan Rivers at Dennis Basso AND a woman randomly wandering around holding a Champagne flute. Also Ivana Trump and Star Jones. And Hoda Kotb.  And other people.
• At Donna Karan, we got Masters of Sex’s Caitlin FitzGerald to tell us what she stole from her wardrobe.
• Alice + Olivia was, as usual, a total tidal wave of celebs, but this season we didn’t feel like we might die in the venue, which was fabulous, and this time EVERYONE got Champagne.
• We chatted with Kiernan Shipka AND Anna Chlumsky at Zac Posen and they were both DELIGHTFUL.
